Description: 齿轮传动是现代机器和仪器中最重要的传动系统之一。随着FEA(Finite Element Analysis)分析技术蓬勃发展,人们已经开始广泛采用计算机有限元仿真分析的方法校核齿轮强度。但由于齿轮造型及其滚动模拟分析过程太复杂,在ANSYS中直接建模繁琐费时,极大的影响了齿轮有限元分析的推广。为此,本文应用Visual C++ 开发工具将参数化技术和有限元技术融为一体,建立了一个专用的渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮高效分析平台。-Gear is modern machinery and equipment in the most important drive system. With FEA (Finite Element Analysis) analysis technology to flourish, people have begun to widely used method for checking gear strength finite element computer simulation analysis. However, due to the gear rolling simulation modeling and analysis process is too complex, cumbersome and time-consuming direct modeling in ANSYS greatly influenced the promotion of gear finite element analysis. In this paper, Visual C++ application development tools will parametric technology and finite element technology integration, the establishment of a dedicated involute spur gear efficiency analysis platform.
